Pink Elephant has provided IT professionals with professional services and training for a long time already. The company also verifies ITIL4 compliance with multiple service management platforms. E.g., ServiceNow has been verified by Pink to be compliant with nineteen ITIL4 processes. Recently, Pink Elephant Education and Technology has been accepted by ServiceNow as a Partner and Managed Service Provider for ServiceNow. In the upcoming period, the practice will be formalized, and resources in EMEA will be skilled-up. If, when, and where needed, Pink Elephant’s team in EMEA will be extended, e.g., with self-employed experts,  to fill in gaps and bring in skills or expertise that may not (yet) be available.

With great pleasure, I can announce Pink Elephant and JAVC Management & Consultancy agreed to exchange knowledge, co-develop best practices and collaborate on ServiceNow initiatives of/for Pink Elephant. As Associate Partner, Jeroen van Craaikamp (JAvC) will collaborate with Pink Elephant’s staff to define and deliver Services to Pink Elephants ServiceNow customers in the Netherlands, subject to Jeroen’s availability.
